Breath of Being — Women’s Day Retreat

Join Danu and Nicole for an intimate women’s only day of breathwork, sound journey, heart-opening cacao ceremony, organic lunch and sauna. This retreat is a gently held space to soften, release and reconnect through somatic practice, sisterhood and intentional presence. A full day to breathe deeply, nourish the body and ground into clarity within a small and supportive circle of women.
